If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at buysquishies.service@gmail.com.

To process a return or replacement, please provide:

  1. A complete unboxing video showing the issue clearly (from unopened package to product inspection);

  2. Photos of the product issue and your order number.

After verifying the problem, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement for you.

Please note:

  • Only returns caused by product issues or wrong shipments are accepted;

  • Returns due to personal reasons (e.g. dislike or wrong purchase) are not accepted;

  • For non-quality returns, shipping fees are covered by the buyer;

  • Products must be unused and kept in their original packaging.

Material Information:

  • Stress Balls: Made with TPR soft elastic material, squishy, durable, and safe for repeated squeezing.

  • Squishies: Made with high-quality silicone material, soft-touch, lightweight, non-toxic, and odor-free.

  • Packaging: All toys are individually wrapped in PVC protective bags for dust-free storage.
